Aaron began working at Millar Merrigan as an undergraduate while finishing his degree. Following his work in drafting, he spent several years in infill development, working on the engineering design for 2 to 14 lot subdivisions.
Aaron eventually moved internally to focus on major projects, working on larger developments with work including, but not limited to, road, drainage, sewer
and water. His work includes working alongside and in hand with different authorities, clients, and contractors.
This change of focus can be attributed to his commitment to continual learning and improvement. Aaron has undertaken several short-form courses, including WSUD, 12d and drainage training, among others. He ensures all work is completed to a high standard, with current industry trends and best practicse considered.
