Beginning at Millar Merrigan in 2017 in a reception role, Esmeralda gained a good understanding of the land development process, and the role each of Millar Merrigan’s departments play in creating a development. Her dedication and aptitude became quickly apparent, and she was trained in post-permit project management.

Now in her managerial position, Esmeralda dedicates much of her time to training and mentoring staff members. With her team, Esmeralda created a comprehensive A-Z guide on the procedures and practices that has become instrumental in training new team members.

Esmeralda continues to dedicate significant time and effort into mentoring and training her team, ensuring that they have the skills necessary to deliver exceptional services to clients. Of utmost importance to her in this position is ensuring that her team understands the necessary requirements for different authorities throughout Victoria, working within their guidelines to create outcomes which benefit clients, authority bodies and communities.
