Leah Simmons
Principal Licensed Surveyor
Working to shape our direction and focus as a key member of the survey leadership team. As a licensed surveyor, Leah works in all areas of land surveying, specialising in subdivisions both infill and greenfield; variation, removal, and creation of easement or restrictions on a title; adverse possession applications; providing expertise on Subdivision Act Section 32 & 35 plans, and; providing detailed advice to clients relating to cadastral or title matters.
Leah has experience in all aspects of surveying including fieldwork using the latest technical equipment, feature and cadastral survey plan preparation, subdivisions of all sizes and complexities, easement and restriction creations or variations, adverse possession applications and general surveying advice for clients.
As a key member of the survey leadership team, Leah directly supports the survey manager in the day to day running of the department and is responsible for ensuring that the survey team maintains the high standard of work that Millar Merrigan is known for. She works to shape our team’s direction and focus, ensuring the longevity and success of the surveying department.
Leah enjoys mentoring our graduates and furthering the career goals of all members of the department.
