Xavier began working with Millar Merrigan in 2015, beginning his time in engineering construction. He is now the manager of the construction engineering department, while also functioning as a project manager.

As one of Millar Merrigan’s contract supervisors, Xavier’s eye for detail and extensive knowledge in contract management helps bring our projects to life. Using his expertise in finance and civil construction, Xavier is able to efficiently and effectively deliver projects from planning and feasibility through to final completion and handover.
