Project overview

This extension project on a heritage listed home involved considerations that a regular project would not involve. The 3 level extension was designed by our Structural Engineering team. The ground floor consists of a suspended concrete slab, which once poured, allowed for the lightweight timber first floor and roof framing to be constructed.

Considerable time was spent on this project detailing and ensuring everything was correct.
