House Floor Plan

As part of the variety of services that Millar Merrigan offer, we are often tasked with creating floor plans.

In this project our client required a full re-design of their property and dwelling.

Millar Merrigan are able to utilise 3D scanning capabilities to give the client a fast and accurate floor plan.

The images below showcase the house itself, as well as some of the capabilities and deliverables that can be provided through this service.

Our skilled scanning technicians undertake a scan of each room in the house, ensuring all structural features are located for the subsequent design.

Each scan is then combined by an experienced draftsperson using specialized computer software to produce a consolidated 3D point cloud.

This is a highly detailed 3D representation of the inside of the dwelling from which the 2D floor plan you see above can be derived.
