Global finance company GE Consumer Finance, a sitting tenant, established its Asia-Pacific headquarters on the site in a major expansion of its business. About 1,500 workers are expected to occupy the 24,000 sqm of office space on the site, which is contained within seven campus-style buildings constructed around existing buildings.
