Land surveying was the foundation of Millar Merrigan’s services, and our team continues to be the bedrock of all successful projects. Our survey team has a wealth of experience in all aspects of land subdivision and land surveying and have extensive experience in understanding and applying the legislative requirements applicable to cadastral survey work and the subdivision process.

With the latest robotic total stations and survey-accurate GPS equipment, we provide completion of quick, accurate, and economical surveys. This technology is used for the reduction of survey data and preparation of survey plans. We have been utilising the Victoria Government’s online SPEAR system (Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals) since its inception.
